If you're thinking about booking with her, DO NOT. I've been going to her for two years. Within those two years there has been MULTIPLE occasions where I'll get to the shop & she won't answer or she will reschedule me for a later time after I've already drove 30 mins to my appointment. Getting up at 7/8am to drive to the west side from the east side is very frustrating. I booked an appt with her for September 22nd, I got there & I texted her, called her AND rang the doorbell. I got no answer or no response, EVER. She also requires a $45 deposit that does NOT go towards your service & I asked for my deposit back numerous times and she never returned my deposit or contacted...read full review
