Very unorganized. Could have great potential if staff is educated more on what this experience is supposed to be for its clients. Need more case workers if they can't handle their case loads. This place could outshine others if someone could come in and organize. As of Aug 8th. Thought there would be some improvement. Things are just plain "OUT OF CONTROL" I haven given up any hope. Not a Re entry type of facility. I'll be living in my car when I'm released thanks for 0 resources or help Alvus House. I've taken my story to state representatives.

as a resident n the Alvis house in have found it mind blowing that theees no accountability for when the staff mess up . they worry more about you getting seconds in the lunch line instead of the non stop of drug use and smoking weed in the bathrooms but yet the staff will attack an individual after one incident over and over until the resident snaps and the staff will lock them up like the resident did something wrong . the staff literally do not care about the residents . they make fun of the residents about what they have to eat and brag about how they eat steaks while they eat slop. staff tells the residents how they get to go home lay on a soft bed while you people have to sleep with 3 different dudes . it shouldn't be that way they should encourage the residents not bring them down. P.S. the director is so unwilllong to listen to any and I mean any residents issues . something has to be done cayuse it's not helping anyone to become successful

This place is a joke... Most days it's worse than prison, always on lockdown for unnecessary reasons just so staff don't have to do there job. And they wanna take all our money when we have jobs..
