Mark and Nicole were attentive to our needs and concerns, communication was great with options of phone calls, texts, emails and zoom only when needed so its not constant charges. Holidays and after 5pm, I would get a response to a question. I would not hesitate to use them in the future (however I hope I do not have to) LOL - but in all seriousness, if you need legal council They are very understanding to your needs and listen, then advise accordingly.
