Adam has remotely helped me fix several issues on a few different computers I own. He is always very thorough and explains what he is doing every step of the way. Truly a great experience! The price was amazing compared to so many other people, the same day Adam came to my apartment and fixed my mac within an hour. Communication and honesty on the project were amazing and clear and my computer was totally fixed and reset within an hour! I HIGHLY recommend. He is super nice and very educated with his craft and I will be hiring Adam again for future issues I may have....and safety in 2024 is so important especially for those who may live alone. My laptop wouldn't come on so I took it to a local well known store, but they were 2 weeks behind to even look at my computer. So, I saw Adam's great reviews and decided to give him a call. He checked out my computer and said it needed replaced. He researched and told me what computer would be adequate and where to buy it, and transferred everything over & had me back up and running in 3 hours! He is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing! Reasonably priced, too! I highly recommend!
