614 Fitness is amazing!! I’m only 4 weeks in and from my very first class I instantly felt like part of the 614 Family. The instructors show every single exercise and make sure you feel comfortable doing them at your own pace and are so supportive and encouraging. The “regulars” are so fun and very inclusive! I didn’t think I’d make it to even two classes a week and just in 4 weeks I’m aiming for five classes a week and get frustrated when I have to miss! Seriously check them out if you haven’t already!
