We first met Chad when he was representing the seller of a home we wanted to buy. We were so impressed that we knew if we ever bought or sold a home, he'd be the only realtor we'd use.
Chad is conscientious, knowledgeable, and gives honest, expert advice. When he tells you what he believes your home will sell for, he delivers. He's also a true go-getter who works tirelessly for his clients. Chad is a strong negotiator who doesn't play games and isn't intimidated by other realtors. If you want someone who will fight for your best interests from start to finish, we highly recommend him.
This was my second time working with Dylan Burns, and once again he delivered. He’s courteous, honest, and knows exactly how to get results. The property sold quickly with a fast turnaround, and the entire process was handled efficiently from start to finish.
I would highly recommend Dylan to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, effective realtor.
TG Real Estate is a great place to sell your home. They did an awesome job with getting our home into there right platforms and they were always very quick to respond to our questions. We are very happy we used them to sell our home.
