We had an amazing experience working with NHD on our home renovation! They completely rebuilt our kitchen and added a beautiful conservatory to our 1900-built historic home. We went through the Cleveland Restoration Society’s Heritage Home Loan program, which requires a lot of coordination—and NHD was a fantastic partner throughout. From the beginning, they provided a clear and detailed scope of work with a very reasonable estimate. Their project manager, Mike, was great—often on site early in the morning, checking on progress and sending us daily updates so we always knew what to expect. His clear and consistent communication made it so much easier for us to plan our days. The crew was friendly, respectful, and always cleaned up before leaving each day, which we really appreciated. The quality of the work was outstanding, and they stuck to both the budget and the timeline. Now we’re enjoying our new kitchen and conservatory every day—it blends in perfectly with the rest of our historic home. Seven weeks ago we trusted NHD to redo the entire first floor of our house. Trust is key as there are many stories of home renovations that don’t go well.
