Becky did amazing with my daughter's hair for her senior prom. We explained how keeping a curl is always difficult because it falls out quickly. Becky listened to us and did tight curls so they would be perfect by prom time. Thank you for helping us on her special day.

i have been going to jc penny for almost two years and i couldn't be happier with the care and services they provide for their clients! kate is my stylist and she is very knowledgeable and friendly. she asks her clients all the right questions to ensure they get the cut, style or color their heart desires. she will put you at ease and make you feel like you're having a day out with a friend. anytime i have questions about how to care for my hair and how i can improve the healthiness of my hair she provides me with all the information i need! she has even recommended several products that they sell in the salon, and they have tremendously helped in improving my hair! i...read full review

Everyone is friendly! Their goal is to make the customer happy, but they are always honest about what would be best for you based on hair type, skin tone, face shape etc...Always happy with Kate's work!
