I am very disappointed with the service I received at the salon today. I booked an appointment for a express cut. The stylist Andrea did not even shampoo my hair. She just used a water bottle to wet it. I asked for 4 inches cut and layers and it to be framed around my face. My hair is very thick and I wanted it layered so that it wouldnt be so heavy. Needless to say she did not give me layers. It looks exactly the way it looked when I went in just shorter. I was really looking forward to having my haircut today. I am very disappointed. Becky did amazing with my daughter's hair for her senior prom. We explained how keeping a curl is always difficult because it falls out quickly. Becky listened to us and did tight curls so they would be perfect by prom time. Thank you for helping us on her special day.
