Steph and her husband were so friendly and great to work with! The booking catalog was very easy to navigate, and every step of the process was extremely organized. Weddings have so many moving pieces, but it was such a relief to know I could trust that the decor was handled. Instead of the decor being months and months of searching, it was one afternoon of clicking through the catalog. The pickup/dropoff process was also organized very well. Every box was labeled individually and double-checked before going into the vehicle. Although multiple vehicles is an option, I think an enclosed trailer is a must when scheduling pickup. Even if you don't feel like you have a lot of items, the boxes are large and oftentimes items are packaged individually (which keeps them nice - just plan for move room than you think you'll need). PartyDreams has thought of everything which is a lifesaver, so brides don't have to :)

They explained everything to me in detail before he moved forward.
