My husband put over 8 hours into trying to fix his own computer, even calling and speaking with Microsoft and it being escalated to a supervisor at Microsoft. They told him there was no fix for his issue. He dropped it off at Computer Garage, and they had it completely fixed in less than 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and good rates !! Bill is awesome. Wealth of knowledge. Very courteous and efficient. Great communication. I worked on this issue for 10 hours. Bill had me fixed in 30 minutes. I was literally on way to Best Buy to get a new machine and he called me before I got there to tell me my laptop was fixed.
Bill is amazing! It was like a stem class for my 11-year-old daughter who loves 3-D printed animals. He was showing us the functions of the 3-D printed items that he’s making for computer, hard drives, and other things that they’re building for practical uses as well. Super nice guy and also such a great place to go with your kids to learn a little bit more about 3-D. He was happy to share what to buy for home as well to start projects ourselves. small town for the win in Clyde, Ohio.
