We have a dog that ripped a good sized hole in the carpet out in a walkway area of a room. Excel Carpet came and repaired the hole with an extra piece of carpet that we kept on hand. You cannot tell where the repair was made. They did a great job!

About 2 years after Excel Carpet Services installed new carpet in our condo, we noticed the floor was creaking in two areas. I tried to fix the problem with break-off screws, but failed. So I called Excel Carpet Services, Greg Brown came out, listened to the creaking sound & gave me an estimate to fix the floor. It worked & we are very satisfied with the service. The creaking has stopped.
