Having multiple units in our home, Anderson Automatic always allows for enough time to properly care for our units - which keeps them running longer and efficiently. If there is a need for additional service, they always explain why - very professional company!

They did a great job putting in my new HVAC system. Thorough and professional job. Got it done in less than a day. Only issue was they rold me I would be eligible for a $1200 tax credit but it was only $600 so my cost was $600 higher then they quoted me. That hurt when you are already spending big dollars.

I had them come out to check my furnace and was told I needed a new one . The Tech then went into detail why I needed a new one and suggested which furnace would be best for my home. Mind you the furnace I had was over 25 years old and had been rebuilt once by my previous heating and air guy that has retired. The tech was honest and didn’t try to up charge me as some company try to do. The guy that came out install was amazing, he replaced everything . Which in the past should have been done but wasn’t done . There was no additional fee to the price I was quoted either and everything was picked up and gone when they were finished .
