I absolutely LOVED my experience at this salon. I’ve been to countless places for tanning in the Middleburg Heights area, but nothing beats Palm Beach’s customer service. Every time I tan I am greeted with a smile and a true concern for my tanning journey. While I have pleasant experiences with all employees I have to give a huge thank you to the manager, Mia, who remembers my name and preferences every time I walk through the door. If I could give 10 stars I would! Absolutely recommend!!!

I came in for a tan and left with a glow! The new manager, Mia Salamone, is a total rockstar-super knowledgeable, friendly, genuinely cares about her clients, and somehow knows everything about tanning without sounding like a textbook. She explained the options so well and made great recommendations based on my skin type and goals! The place is always spotless, the beds are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!!!
