Spoke with Dr. Simmons today via phone. Very rude. I asked about portal and results not being posted after receiving them over the phone the day before she replies “ maybe it’s you” very condescending and not helpful
Web portal states free or low cost dental services depending on individual circumstances. When you ask the individual who answers the phone she acts completely clueless and when you repeat back to her exactly as she stated she again acts clueless ?? . Do you NOT work at the address on this website? Are you NOT answering the phone at the number on the website? Like You work in the hood but legit dont have to act like it and that goes for every worker there!
They are very unprofessional and they take hours to get you in out even if you have a appointment I don’t understand how it took 3 weeks to get Blood work results and a physical form filled out .
