Worst doctor. Said she would not see my kids again bc I would not let her dilate their eyes. Then want to have smart remarks on everything when examing their eyes. Receptionist what great. Replace the doctor. We won’t be back after picking what their glasses.

Girl friend went there, told her 3 weeks for her glasses. Still none, they don't answer the phones. Dont have updated procedures. And she taped her damn mask on her face. For what I don't know.

It took five weeks to get my glasses. Two days later the frame broke, then another three weeks to get them back. In three weeks the left lense came off, in another three weeks, again the left lense came off. They sent it to their lab and it has been five weeks and I do not have my supposedly brand new glasses. They are saying they cannot fix then and have to make me another pair. The manager indicated she would call me back with an answer but never did; however, she did say they were having problems at their lab. I have called several times and a recording come on. I left a message and no one has called back. I have requested a credit because since last October, I have only had my glasses about three weeks or less. Their product is defective, their worksmanship is terrible. I will not recommend them and won't go back. I just want my money back for a product I do not have but paid for it.
