Optical Fashions has a professional and knowledgeable doctor who conducts thorough exams. The staff is kind, courteous, and helpful, although there may be issues with transparency regarding waiting times. Overall, the business is recommended for eye check-ups and new glasses.
The receptionist staff is unorganized and very slow. They always lie about glasses and contact times and they don't even seem apologetic when you call them asking why things haven't arrived. The new young girl has no clue what she's doing and quoted me the wrong amount for contacts. The older woman is very defensive and rude. However, the Dr is nice.
Great eye doctor very professional and also great staff as well and the receptionist was nice as well I definitely recommend this eye doctor to anyone who needs a good eye doctor check up and new glasses. 😎👍🕶️😎👍👌.
The doctor herself is knowledgeable and conducts proper exams. However, the receptionist staff need to be more transparent with waiting times for glasses and contacts. Honesty is the best policy and telling someone one week when you know it will take 1 month is not acceptable.
