They took my dog in as an emergency and first time visit. They charged me with a regular visit. The most friendly doctors qnd well informed. I was explained everything that they were doing and what they found what was wrong. They gave me the meds and are excepting a return visit to make sure that the meds worked. I would recommend them to anyone and I will.

Very happy with Dr. Richard's and Canal's Edge standards and care. My fur babies and I never feel rushed, we've never had to wait and there's no animal or heavy cleaner smell. Even my most beloved and bratty cat found people there she likes. A++ Top marks all around!

I just switched from Fayette to here. I'm very pleased. Dr. Richard's is very caring and she listens. So glad I transferred my babies. My older girl finally got the proper diagnosis.
