I have been going to this place since it opened a few years ago. Tom, Amanda, and Tiffani are all fantastic! However, the receptionists have always been rude and unprofessional, especially on the phone! When you are finally able to talk to anyone anyway, the amount of time I have had to wait is wild. I may have only come across one office staff throughout the years who were friendly.
Dr. Tiwari is nothing less than amazing! He gave me more information in 5 minutes than I've had from multiple Dermatologist in 10 yrs. He gave me a light at the end of the tunnel. He genuinely cares & called me himself took time answering my questions. My mom was with me and said "I've never seen a doctor take that kind of time and didn't sound rushed." I initially called to see another Dermatologist because of her reviews and it was 2 months out. The receptionist said Dr Tiwari can see you next week "I said yes." So I thought he deserved a fabulous review! Thank you so much Dr. Tiwari.
Scheduled an appointment and was told to call when I arrived and wait in my car. I arrived on time but called 5x and left 2 voicemails and no one answered the phone when sent to the receptionist. Finally was able to come in for a test but horrible experience. No one mentioned that it was going to be the most abrasive swab possible with the dr being short and going quickly in my nose with a large swab causing an awful nose bleed after that lasted for close to an hour and my sinuses hurt for a long time after. I would have opted to schedule an appointment at another facility or through my work if I knew that I had no choice regarding what form of swab I would receive. I...read full review
