We are very happy with our new roof. Tony was available to come out right away to looking at our roof and give us an estimate. We wanted the work done right away and he got us quickly on the schedule. I highly recommend this company
Had a leaking roof and when I called Tony he was out the next day putting down a tarp to prevent any further damage, came out to check a few days later to make sure all was good. Had to have a total roof replacement, the guys were professional, cleaned up and everything looks great. Can’t say enough on how Tony was with me every step of the way. Highly recommend Shamrock.
Shamrock Restoration re-sided our cedar-siding and brick home in 2021. We are very well satisfied and pleased with our new siding and the professional installation. Our near-30-year old cedar siding had been regularly stained and repaired every seven years, some cedar looked OK, yet many boards were cracked, split and needed replacement. With a few leaking areas to fix. Woodpecker-drilled holes to replace siding and trim. Then painting. In a few years, repaint again. A few years later, more cedar board replacement would be necessary, and repainting. Unending rework, replacement & re-painting ahead of us. Once we saw a whole-home re-siding Shamrock project underway, we knew that only re-siding with a durable modern material was the way to go. We wanted to improve the value of our home, not just maintain it. We wanted great durability and a well engineered, weathertight siding system - plus good installation and detail work, for a nice crisp look. We chose Shamrock Restoration to install LP Smartsiding with DiamondKote finish. 50-year warranty on material; 30-year warranty on the paint finish. A tough coating on durable material using well-designed system details to insure weather tightness. Our project required hundreds of detail cuts, and the Shamrock install experts performed the work very well. Master carpenters and easy to work with! Thank you, Larry & Crew!
