I previously made a semi-negative review regarding this company solely based on "my misunderstanding". Even after that review and a snotty email to Matt, they have managed to go ABOVE and beyond to help me out in a situation that if it was not for them I would be in such a bad situation. For the 1 star reviews mentioning "High interest rates" it is because people like you and I are unfortunately High risk for a company to lend to. The members of Chillicothe's branch are very great people and will do whatever they are capable to in order to help you out. If I could give you 10stars I would. lolMuch appreciation,Anthony
