Denise is excellent at guiding yogis through their practice at any level. Her restorative yoga is excellent! I have do e Denise's classes in her studio and at special places such as Adena Mansion and Hopewell Culture Historical Center. All of them are excellent.
I like Explorer Yoga! It's fun and I go because it is like energy. I charge up my battery so to speak with my practice, which is just a few months now. The Explorer Yoga venue is welcoming to all, I appreciate this because I am really a novice with some awkwardness when I attempt a position. What I have found is acceptance and peacefulness in the classes. The instructors are there to help guide and encourage and I enjoy the diversity of classes where some are challenging they are always good fun. It puts a smile on my face, to think how much I get out of it!!! It improves my life. Thanks Explorer Yoga for a wonderful experience
