My LG refrigerator compressor failed on a Saturday before noon. I then phoned Electronic Enterprises Of Southern Ohio. Larry Smith, the owner, told me to contact LG customer service because the compressor of my six year old LG refrigerator was still under parts only warranty.One day later, Sunday, LG authorized furnishing the new compressor to Larry's company. Then come Monday morning, one day later, Larry's crew, Jamie & Tasha, replaced my compressor. I'm pleased to the maximum.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
I am utterly surprised to have read some of the reviews that Larry (the owner) was rude or not punctual. That was not at all our experience. Our LG refrigerator compressor had failed. I could find NO ONE within a 100 mile radius besides him who was qualified to touch it. Larry was straight forward and explained very well the situation regarding these refrigerators. Larry was direct and didn’t give me the run-around. He gave me the confidence of his ability to fix it, and he delivered. He and his team fixed our refrigerator while I was at work.
