My house is a small ranch style, 1200 square feet. B&B's quote was 25% less than the competition for the same materials. I signed the quote, and the replacement was scheduled/ completed within 1 week. Once the 2 layers of asphalt shingles were removed, we found that the builder did not use clips between the sheets of plywood, so it was warped between the rafters and it would all need to be replaced. This was communicated to me, and the additional required materials were on-site within an hour. The job took one full 12 hour day, then a couple hours the next to finish up.
