You don't have to wait very long to be seen on the same day. Dr. Lisa Pelfrey is a caring and compassionate vet who really cares about her patients. When a critically ill puppy needed treatment, they took her in immediately and kept her for 6 days, providing daily updates. The bill was a pleasant surprise, lower than expected. Kind, compassionate care at a reasonable cost is what you can expect. They took great care of a spayed pet, and recovery was great.
Recently switched my dog to Dr. Lisa, she brought up things he could be struggling with that my other vets havent even mentioned in 7 years of treatment. Fairly priced as compared to other vets in the area. Super friendly and knowledgeable did great work with my dog and lizards.
Dr. Lisa was amazing through the whole process of my dog being sick and passing! She didn’t just go the extra mile for us, she went the extra, extra mile!! She adjusted meds, fit us in for appointments, gave me peace of mind when I was unsure, and much more! I highly recommend her!
