Alex Jones arrived on time for a fall maintenance. He was very professional and personable. He reassured me that the heating system was ready for cold weather. He also noticed that I was a OSU fan and we talked about high school and college football. It’s a pleasure to see Advanced Services employs well trained technicians that are local and can be trusted to provide an important service when needed.
Advance Services scored a "TOUCHDOWN" with our maintenance contract, as usual. Alex (tech) showed up on time, was very pleasant, efficient, and took the time to explain every step of the way. He also cleaned up after himself and made suggestions on how to prolong our heating system (which will help us with winning the game}. GO BUCKS!!!!
Al’s arrived at our home Monday to trouble shoot and repair our AC. In our opinion he scored a touchdown by calling the correct play and ran it in for a perfect 10 pound score. ?. Alex promptly called the play and gave us fans the big win. Way to go Alex. You have new fans.
