I was so pleased with Freeman’s! I called one day and they were at my house the next. Very pleasant, friendly people. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Kenny got right on the problem and got it fixed. I will always call them for my heating and air conditioning needs.

The kind of customer service you rarely find these days. Two days before Christmas, I called Freeman Heating and Cooling because of an irregular noise coming from our home HVAC unit. Two very helpful technicians were at my house within the hour of my call and resolved the issue, but what stood out the most was the experience they shared with my son. My 7 year-old has recently taken an interest in tools. Upon learning this, the technicians took a moment to show my son some of their repair equipment and how they use them in their work. These few extra minutes meant the world to him. I give Freeman Heating and Cooling the strongest recommendation for anyone in need of service.
