It was my first time visiting the Salt Cave. It was so relaxing. The weighted blanket was perfect along with the touch of warmth from massage salt balls on my neck was divine. It's hard to believe it was 45 minute session. You are so relaxed time just flies by with the ambient sounds.
Relaxing in the Infrared Sauna is a gift I give myself. The benefits the warmth and comfort to muscles, and reducing inflammation keep me coming back. I say give it a try because we are worth it!
Owner is so nice and I left feeling so much more relaxed after the salt cave. As a mom of 3 it was much needed and id love to go back and try out their other services as well! Lots of soaps and body stuff to purchase before you leave, I got a great face mask and lotion that I love! Worth driving out to and nice spots nearby to grab a bite to eat after!
