Dan had been very helpful with a prior home/property sale for my husband's family so when it came time to sell my mom's house I didn't hesitate to call him. He was immediately responsive and helpful. He is super knowledgeable and was 100% willing to work with me to find the house that I wanted but one that also fit my needs as a single, first time home owner.
