Dan was great. Sold our house in three days. That's right three! Very informative. Told us what needed done & his suggestions & always kept us in the loop to keep things moving forward. We even closed within in 30 days. I recommend Dan for sure. The man has my business in the future.

Dan was awesome to work with and incredibly patient. I’m super picky and Dan spent over 4 years showing me houses until I finally found the perfect one. He is super knowledgeable and was 100% willing to work with me to find the house that I wanted but one that also fit my needs as a single, first time home owner. Dan stayed in touch after I closed on the house and even stopped by to make sure I was happy with everything. I would never work with another real estate agent. My experience with Dan was FANTASTIC!
