I have very quirky vision, and can be a challenge to work with because of it, I Initially came here a couple years before COVID and was very happy with the doctor at the time, a Dawn Barkan O.D., (unfortunately she now works for Walmart in North Olmsted, lucky Walmart clients), she took the time to understand my issues as a result I was very happy with the exam, and the Maple Leaf Optical who turned my prescriptions to glasses were very good, unfortunately I would have to get at least one remake each time because they would put me in the “better” lenses which my eyes don’t like, only high index plastic seems to work for me, the last pair I got from them was about...read full review
I called to make an initial appointment and inquired whether there were retinal specialists and glaucoma specialists at the center. The woman who was helping me said there were not any of those specialists, but all the doctors there are trained to read scans. That wasn't very helpful... I would say Kellis Optical is only open "bankers hours" but banks are open more.Kellis closes for lunch. Kellis closes on weekends except random "select weekends" which are a mystery. Kellis closes at 4:30. If you actually have a job, and work 8-5, don't get glasses at Kellis.
