A Mann Plumbing saved me once again! This morning I realized that the pump for my basement toilet was not working, and water along with the most horrible smell was coming from the basement storage area where the pump is located. My first thought was, I have guests coming in less than 48 hours for Thanksgiving, and my basement (and later most of the house) smelled like a sewer! Understandably their schedule was completely booked, and with today being just before a holiday I would not have expected same-day availability. But lo and behold, Mo managed to stop by just about an hour later, on the way from one of his jobs to the next, to disconnect and remove the broken unit. Then later in the afternoon, David showed up to expertly install the new pump. At the end of the day, my house is smelling (almost) back to normal and a first world holiday crisis has been averted. Thank you so much for always responding so quickly and fixing things well, with a smile! I am thankful for you on this Thanksgiving! 😊
We have always struggled to find a good plumbing company. We have now found them! David came out and worked on two toilets and a sink. He was very nice and personable and provided good quality workmanship. He even stuck around for a while afterwards to make sure the toilets were working correctly, but and as soon as he left one of them started acting up again. I called and he immediately turned around and came right back and fixed it. That same toilet then started acting up again later and I called them (it was still under warranty) and he came out same day and fixed it. This time he put all new guts in and did not charge us anything (even though last time it wasn't new guts that were put in). They are just fantastic! I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and David and they are definitely our new plumbing company!.
