Superb customer service! And that comes from every single person working there. I haven't been there in around eight years because I moved to Denver, Colorado for a while. Came back eight years later and they still know how to cut my hair the way I like it cut. I believe they keep a data base and that should tell you right there that they care about customer service. ? I used the Great Clips app, and signed in to get my hair trimmed. The app said I had a wait time of 19 minutes. I drove to Celina, and when I walked into Great Clips, my name was the next to get assisted.The stylist was very polite and professional.

I love this place. Girls are friendly. Always giving you the best treatment. Nice conversation and fresh new look. Unfortunately they don't always have a cashier so sometimes your girl will stop mid cut to get people up front or answer phone. I have the app best to check in, the wait times can be an hour or so long. The app also sends you coupons through your email.
