Kevin is awesome. He has solved two extremely weird problems on my American Eagle. One only he could have diagnosed and the other was a modification he has never had anyone ask for. And of course he figured out a way, did it perfectly, and charged a reasonable rate when others might have gouged me. I think so highly of him, the quality of the work, and the honesty that I drove 10 hours from Delaware just to have him work on it. If you have an RV and live anywhere near Ohio, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And if you have an American Coach, there is no one ANYWHERE who is better.

I cannot say enough great things about these guys. I live in eastern North Carolina and have a 2011 American Eagle. I bet I have taken my coach to 8-10 different shops/techs that seemed baffled by the different systems in it and they all seemed to just make it worse. These guys were recommended to me and I was so frustrated I was willing to drive 1300 miles round trip to give them a try. I had a water hose leak in the RV. I phoned a number of repairer's but they could not fix it for 2+ weeks. Kevin was able to make time for us and he repaired the leak that day.
He did a thorough and professional job, at a reasonable cost. We were on our way in less than 2 hours.
