Can't say enough about Cisco Funeral Homes, especially Rob. He understands his craft, and his customers, and it shows. He understands there are a lot of decisions to make, and many people are emotionally compromised. I didn't want to do a lot of thinking on this important day, and thankfully I didn't have to because of the attention to detail, including that veteran tribute. Dad would have been so proud. It was so honorable, and something we will never forget. Rob and his staff were considerate, thoughtful, and were right by our side every step of the way. In a terrible turn of events, both of my in-laws passed away within 70 days of each other. The first one was a relief after long suffering but the second passing was a shock, unforeseen and sudden. In both cases Cisco was beyond supportive, helpful and professional. Rob was just the model of perfection as he navigated our family's grief. I can't begin to say enough positive about Cisco at the worst possible moments of our lives.
