This is going to be a long post, please read to the end! I can't say enough about XO. My daughter and I have gone to XO/Nikki now several times. Thinking each time was the best, but each time we are there it is better than the last. Honestly the care and thought that goes into each appointment is above and beyond. We have been to other salons seen other stylists, and after a few times seeing them, the appointment and excitement just isn't there anymore. Getting what we went in for, leaving with less than expected was just getting frustrating. Until, we found XO, the thought, the help with decisions, about hair color and styles, you just don't receive at other places! At my daughter's last appt she just wanted/needed a change, cut and color. She let Nikki know ahead of time so she would have the product she needed. Nikki totally handled the whole appointment with grace. Totally thinking through every detail. In the end to see the smile, come across my daughter's face when Nikki was done was priceless. It was more than my daughter had thought she would get, saying she was beyond happy, excited and just felt amazing is an understatement, Nikki is the Queen! With every ounce of breathe I have, if you have not been to XO, GET THERE, DO NOT WAIT ANY LONGER! All of the staff is amazing. They all help one another especially when it comes to color so that they can provide the best possible outcome for their current and new client's. I also need to mention Cam, she is the nail tech their at XO. She is exceptional! Her work and her heart! I simply can't say enough about her either! I have had my nails done by many different places. I found the place to rest with Cam! If you get your nails done, you need to book with Cam at XO. You won't be disappointed! ♥️

Ilianna had a wonderful time at her first hair appointment. Although she was a little nervous when we arrived, she quickly warmed up to Nikki and did not stop talking 😂 Nikki did an amazing job at managing my wiggly Illy. All smiles all night showing off her new hair style!

Such a cute salon! The perfect environment to have your hair done in. It also has the cutest decorations and furnishings. Avery is a fantastic colorist and stylist. She always delivers exactly what I asked for. Definitely book with her!
