My ticket said to pick my shirt up on a Tuesday. Went and not there. Was told to come back on that Friday. Went and it was finally there - week later. Needed it the next day. Gal said, oh ya they marked the day wrong, I should have known not to come on that Tuesday. Seriously?? My receipt shows a coupon to use. It’s 6 months expired!!! Went to do the online survey from the bottom of receipt. It doesn’t let you finish it and send it. This was my first time using this company and my first impression is not good.

I have had mending that needed done on different pieces of clothing that I couldn't do myself!! Great Seamstresses are difficult to find & I'M VERY HAPPY that I found Tide Cleaners. . . I have given them many clothes to mend & I'M SO PLEASED with the work that the Seamstresses have done. . . PERFECTION!!!
