Mike is our regular technician and has been servicing our home for the past three years. He is friendly, professional and always does a thorough job. He checks with us each time to inquire if we need inside areas addressed when also doing the exterior. If we ever need an extra visit they are happy to accommodate.
Out of the other Terminix Technicians whom have serviced this location, Leslie has gone out of her way and way beyond the others to ensure a quality treatment of the pests on my father's property. She notified me of other issues that she has found, corrected and suggested a resolve. She has been more than helpful. I would recommend hiring more people with her ethic, care and forethought.
We recently had a pest issue and this was my first time using Terminix. My inspector Sean was great. He was very knowledgeable and courteous,explained everything in detail when I had questions about the service and how it works. A really nice guy. My technician was Leslie and she was awesome. She explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had. She reassured me every step of the way. Also ,gave me tips.
