I highly recommend MAE Collison in Canton. They couldn’t have done a nicer job making my truck look brand new again after a defective tire decided to randomly de-tread & damaged the whole passenger bedside. They were able to repair my truck quickly & went above and beyond with exceptional customer service, especially from Mason who was extremely professional & provided me with detailed updates along the way. 5 star experience all around ⭐️. Top notch company. This review is long overdue. Each of my experiences with Mae and their staff has been wonderful. I was involved in a car accident in December. Mae was able to get my car in rather quickly to assess damages. Donovan was very kind and professional and explained the entire process to me ahead of time. This was so appreciated, as car accidents can be stressful. They worked with my insurance (Progressive) to handle all repairs, and returned my car to me fairly quickly. Not only was my car returned washed on the outside, but the inside was cleaned as well. I was shocked, what a pleasant surprise. Not even kidding, my whole car looked vacuumed out, wiped down and my floor mats cleaned. I have horses, dogs and cats, so my vehicle can get dirty quickly. I was so touched by this act of kindness! This never happens at any other place of business. If that all wasn’t enough, they had told me if I had any issues with any of the work they did, to reach back out any time, even if it has been awhile. I did just that, when a small area of plastic around a front headlight popped out of place and they graciously worked to fix this issue and did not charge me anything additional. Just a few weeks ago, a rock hit my sunroof and it was shattered. I once again returned to Mae Collision. Jason, Mason and Donovan are so wonderful. They took great care of my car. You could not ask for better service. Again, they were able to get me in quite quickly, worked with my insurance company, and kept in touch every step of the way. They even worked directly with Honda, driving my car to the dealership after the glass was replaced to make sure that the mechanics of the sun roof would work correctly before returning to me. I cannot express how grateful I am for such quality care. Really great company, we need more people and businesses like them!!
MAE Collision did an outstanding job putting my vehicle back together! She runs better than ever, and is likely BIONIC now. The staff was professional, timely, courteous. Mostly, I greatly appreciated the updates and responses to any questions I asked. Thank you!
