David was very nice and explained everything. When I first got the quote, I agreed to the work but never heard anything back. A few months later, he called out of the blue and was ready to do my job. Businesses are super busy right now, so I understand. My husband had a few more questions and he came out again to address our concerns. Overall, he was great at addressing our concerns and he crew was also very good and cleaned up. My porch looks ok, I guess I would have liked it to be smoother. But maybe that will happen over time.
