This company is excellent from start to finish. From the first phone call, to the gentleman that came out to help me purchase and schedule an install for my AC unit, to the young men that came to install, it was absolute stellar service throughout. They also serviced the heating unit I had purchased 15 years prior from another company, in the dead of winter. They were at my house within the hour of me calling and Darnell fixed the issue. He was friendly, thorough and informative. I could leave a 10,000 word review and still not say enough about this wonderful company. I am a customer forever.
Our furnace died sometime between Sunday and Monday morning. We called Home-serve and they had Hey Neighbor send someone out. We knew our furnace was getting old about 17 years old. So when he started to explain we decided to have the furnace replaced. Steve Brown came out to talk to us about a new furnace. We told him we had no heat. He came talked to us and they came on Tuesday November 29th 2022. They were here about 9am and by about 11:15 they had switched out the furnace and had it running. They were all very friendly, explained everything, all very polite. We can’t thank them enough for getting our heat back so quickly. THANK YOU —HEY NEIGHBOR
