My furnace went out in the middle of the night. I contacted hero in the morning and they where very responsive. Had a nice young man out in under an hour who had my furnace keeping me warm again within that same hour. Eric was kind and very professional and I'm so delighted with the work he did and how he explained what was wrong a flame sensor of the sort? While I didn't quite get it I was just so overjoyed he even tried to explain to me how it worked. I won't call another company.Services: Repair HVAC

The technician Eric serviced my mother's furnace he arrived promptly and asked me if he wanted him to put shoe covers on which I found incredibly respectful. After that Eric went down and had the furnace diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes and we have no had a problem since. We went with his recommendation for those very flimsy cheap filters and we are not upset. Thanks hero!!Service: Heating system repair
