My technician (Curtis?) did a great job. He worked steadily and covered all the grass. It POURED last night but my understanding is that rain just helps it get into the grass. So I’m looking for a good result this week.
Our service call was provided by Robert. Very nice young man and introduced himself upon his arrival. Explained the services he would be providing and answered all the questions we had.
When finished, Robert provided us with a printed review of the completed service, chatted briefly and was on his way. Very professional!
