Accent on Eyes offers eye exams and glasses. The doctor and staff are helpful and considerate. They provide good feedback on frame choices and explain procedures clearly. The business is praised for caring about patients and finding solutions, even for difficult prescriptions.
I need a new left temple due to a defect. Accent on Eyes tells you that you have a 1 year warranty and I am still within the warranty time frame. Dr. McCleod refuses to get me a replacement. I can only deduce that there is no warranty; even though, you will be told there is one. Also, please read my Google review from the time of my original purchase for many other issues with this eye center. Buyer beware!
