I have seen Dr. Rai at 100% Chiropractic for about six weeks. Dr. Rai's adjustments have helped me tremendously - they are comprehensive for my entire spine and neck. I have gone from being in constant pain to virtually pain-free. I have been able to greatly reduce my OTC pain meds. My stiffness has been greatly reduced, and my range of motion has increased. The facility is great, and the entire staff is very friendly and positive. I highly recommend Dr. Rai and his team!

They now have prenatal massage therapy! Contact Tracie if your having any pregnancy issues! She helped my sciatica pain, performed some ligament stretches and does post natal belly binding as well. She truly cares about maternity wellness🩷💙
