Horrible service, poor quality, cheap work. They worked on a porch for family & 6 months later it started falling apart. Not only wil they not fix it or compensate for what needed fixed, they blocked her. Do not recommend.

I hired them on and had a deck built and a fence installed. Less then 6 months later, the work is falling part. I contacted them about it and it took them 3 months and a formal complaint with the BBB to get someone to reach out. Poor customer service. Poor quality overall. No builders permits were pulled and they can't/won't provide me with load calculations, blue prints, ect. Biggest mistake of my life.

This company is a false front. I have very recent experience with a non-existent "TOM MILLER" - just has a phone number with instant voicemail. The address is a condo/house in Canal Winchester. Trying to contact Tom with no response at all. AVOID !!
