Had a puppy down after 16 years. The doctor was very compassionate and she explained how she was going to do the procedure. And they said his cremations would be back by Thursday and they were. We will be going back to them for all of our animals
Make certain you know who you speak to and what you want done ahead of time...ask them to CALL you, if they think more care is needed. Took my daughter's dogs, got charged for other stuff despite her long conversation with staff when she made the appointment...$549!! ...and they do not extend credit to pay monthly!!
Always friendly and very happy with everyone at this office. Vets have been awesome with all our animals. One of the abandoned kittens, Hobbs, was very sick and they got him in and got him on medications immediately. They have helped me with not only my dog but numerous stray cats and kittens.
