Everything is off the floor and looks nice. I think the whole house could blow down and the shelving would still be standing because it is so sturdy. The process was simple and efficient. “These guys might not be the cheapest place you can get stuff, but the entire customer experience is great. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Also very friendly. Ask for Steve, he'll take good care of you. Their sales prices are better than big hardware chains, but if not on sale pricing is $20-$25 higher than where you can get it elsewhere for. Thing is, I would imagine this great customer service, they would do more for you if you had a problem with something you bought. Can't put a price on that!!“
