Cory and his team were prompt, professional and small enough to make you feel like they genuinely care. Because THEY DO.
Before we settled on Landmark Construction - we had several companies come out. One company told me we needed to “rip out your chimneys” because they were “dangerous and crumbling”. Essentially saying it would make their jobs easier if we just spent another “x” amount of dollars.
I went back to Cory and asked him. He straight said “If it was dangerous - I would have said something.”
Overall I give Cory/Amanda - and team a 10/10.
Also - if you’re like us - and don’t have “roof money” lying around, they offer financing.
That process was also smooth, and from the comfort of my own home.
Our roof looks great, the gutters work, I’m very pleased.”
