After having a small leak in my underground water service line diagnosed, I called KZB at the recommendation of a local plumbing company in Hamilton Ohio. Zach came out on the 4th of July! He was very personable and professional, but more importantly an expert at machine operation! He dug exactly to where the leak was and had it repaired in approximately 30 minutes. I was amazed. Had them take out my septic and connect my house to the city sewer. Zach Buell is very reasonable, half the costs of some of the other estimates I received. They also did a good job regrading the dug up areas and it was a big job. I recommend them.

I spoke with Zach regarding an emergency service call as my shower and toilet were not draining. He came out that same day and cleared out clumps of tree roots, leaving me with functioning plumbing! 2 days later, he came back to complete the job with a more permanent and thorough fix.
Zach is a genuine guy and won't try to upsell or overcharge you. With my particular situation, he could have easily been dishonest and gotten more money, but he talked me through as he found new options.
I'll absolutely be recommending his services to friends and family!
