The atmosphere is so welcoming, from them answering the phone for a question, to picking out frames, Eye Doctor coming out chating with a patient, very informative on prices for added things for your glasses, a layaway plan, in all my life of going to eye doctors in California and Ohio, I've never experienced such welcoming courteous atmosphere. Everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs too. I did not feel like a number nor did I feel rushed! So I switched to start going here ?“
