I wanted to change or speed up my computer a little more and I took it to have the hard drive replaced or something like that, but they delivered it to me five days later and we had agreed on two. In addition to my computer being totally destroyed since I couldn't turn it on and without further ado I lost my money. I am totally and completely disgusted.

They were completely honest with how much it would cost me for all of my parts that I would need to fix my laptop. They actually said I would be better off spending that money on a new laptop which is a very respectable and professional business procedure.

Super helpful. I originally took my laptop to bestbuy to have it fixed and they told me it would be so expensive and hard to fix that I should just buy a new one. I took it here and they got it fixed for a great price and way faster than I thought it would be! It even works better than before it broke
